Yoga classes should be accessible, culturally competent, welcoming and enjoyable for ALL bodies, ALL levels of fitness and ALL styles of learning.

Susan Lovett of Hands to Heart Center shares her Trauma Sensitive Yoga philosophy, background and will lead us in a 35-minute Trauma Sensitive Yoga practice from the comfort of our homes. The class will be a slow-moderately paced mat practice that can also be done in a chair.
