Purnima is an operations and strategy expert with a combination of management and financial expertise in multiple industries.
She started her career as an entrepreneur, later worked with large multinationals such as Tata and Colliers International in India and medium size firms such as The Saint Consulting Group and James Lam and Associates in USA. Throughout her career she has managed small and large, multicultural and cross-functional teams ranging from 4 to 50 people.
Her training as an architect, as well as the MBA and Masters of Finance provides the technical basis for her exceptional consulting and business development abilities. She has been a visiting lecturer and guest speaker at many Universities and has been a judge for Global Case Challenge, a case competition among 80+ MBA schools from all over the world solving global social problems.
With this background, over the past decade, she has helped for profit and nonprofit organizations achieve their economic and mission objectives and grow exponentially.
